Fiona Morgan is an Irish photographer, Dublin
born and based. Self taught, she specialises mainly in performance and live
events, most notably with the highly acclaimed and diverse award winning
theatre and events company, THISISPOPBABY.
"Fiona documents work in the most vivid and incredible way. The result are images that are beautifully composed, that capture the most stunning moments in time and do more to get across the energy and diversity of the company than words ever could."
Jennifer Jennings, Director, THISISPOPBABY.
Fiona's most recent exhibition, 'Beautiful World', is a collaboration with renowned Irish photographer John Minihan. Having lived on the Dingle Peninsula for nine years, this exhibition is a meaningful journey and tribute to a friend who shared the same love of the incredibly powerful landscape and rich culture of the West Kerry Peninsula.
Artists's statement:
For me, taking photographs of characters and places of interest is a truly pleasant form of escapism. The images I capture are often personal, recreating memories and imagined journeys, yet also an exploration and imitation of reality.
